I would highly recommend Cadia Healthcare Silverside - as an employee and as someone who may need these services someday. As an older individual I have found a home working part time here and have been welcomed as a member of the team. Having spent 50 years in healthcare I have a pretty keen sense of what is positive and appropriate in a healthcare setting, and it is happening every day at Cadia Healthcare Silverside. The staff here from Administrator to housekeepers are all focused on patient care. I have witnessed numerous scenes of staff going the extra mile to make a resident feel more comfortable and peaceful. Do we sometimes stumble, of course, but we try even harder when we need to make it right. I would recommend Cadia Healthcare Silverside to family and friends for care and to nurses, aides, and all as a potential employer. You won’t regret it!!
